This toy turned out better than I ever could have expected. We were going through all my daughters bath toys and throwing out ones that she had outgrown. I told her she could pick out something new and that’s when I discovered this mermaid toy. As soon as it came my daughter wanted to open it. The packaging was
a standard Barbie package. I was able to get it out pretty quickly with just a pair of scissors.
BUY NOWImmediately my daughter figured out how to make her tail light up. Different timing of pushing the button makes the tail do different light patterns. The lights are bright and multicolored.
That night she took her new mermaid in the bath with her. She did many trips beneath the water while lit up and I was not at all concerned with the lights not working. After taking her out of the bath my daughter continued to play with her.
Through many baths and other play times, this Barbie has continued to light up and work better than expected. I would buy time and time again.
