This sweet, simple Barbie is a regular doll (yes, she has legs) but also comes with a dress that folds down into a mermaid's tail. She has long, comb-able red hair with pink streaks and appealed instantly to my 3-year-old, even if I, as a mom, found the gimmick a little cheesy. The color-changing (in water) bikini top doesn't come off, but it's low enough you can put other Barbie clothes over it to redress her as you wish.
